What does it take to create a successful and inclusive international learning experience?
For neurodivergent and mentally vulnerable adults, thoughtful preparation, clear communication and individualised support can make a significant difference.
This is why IMPACT is developing a structured learning pathway that supports professionals throughout the mobility process.
The pathway combines online learning, practical training and hands-on mobility experiences, helping educators, accompanying persons and organisations develop the skills and confidence needed to facilitate inclusive international learning.
Participants will explore topics such as understanding neurodiversity, identifying individual support needs, accessible communication, mobility planning and cooperation between sending and hosting organisations.
A European training course will provide opportunities to exchange experiences and develop mobility concepts together. These will be complemented by pilot activities that put inclusive approaches into practice.
Through this combination of learning and practical experience, IMPACT aims to make inclusive mobility easier to plan, organise and support.
Because meaningful mobility begins long before the journey itself.
